This is where you start

Who is this for?

For individual leaders

You understand the tensions. The gap is navigating them in real time, when the pressure is on. The MQNA Leadership Clarity Programme applies the framework directly to your live leadership challenges. Four sessions. One practice. You arrive with a challenge. You leave with clarity.

For leadership teams

Teams do not lose effectiveness because of skill gaps. They lose it because unspoken tensions go unaddressed and reactive habits go unnamed. Our workshops create the space to surface what is really happening - and build a shared practice for leading differently.

For organisations

AI is reshaping what your organisation is capable of. The question is whether it is making you better - or quietly costing you something you have not yet measured. The Human Flourishing AI Assessment makes that visible.

MQNA is a practice, not just a framework. The Rewired Deck brings it to life - 60 cards, each built around a real leadership tension, a science-backed insight and an affirmation grounded in how the brain actually changes.

The person behind the practice

Firooz Firoozmand

Over 17 years across academia, banking and civil society, I kept seeing the same pattern: capable leaders making reactive calls under pressure, not from a lack of judgment, but because no one had given them a way to stop and see more clearly. I saw it building and running a complaints team in banking, where policy met real people every day. I saw it again working with civil society leaders trying to agree what they stood for at senior level. Community development, running through all of it, taught me the most - leading without the authority to simply direct people. That gap is what MQNA was built to close.

What Leaders Say About Our Work

I found the MQNA assessment to be very well structured. It is very simple and quick to complete, and its report offers excellent insights for growth, with interesting opportunities for deeper exploration.

- feedback on an earlier version of the MQNA assessment

Really good book. Very structured, simple to understand and pragmatic approach to dealing with very relevant problems that both small local and large multinational firms face.

Poya Rasekhi, Director, Arup

The how in your presentation was spot-on. The tone of your voice, the cases from real life added value. I noticed you took the effort to get to know us - for me that was an indicator of respect toward the audience.
