What we do
How MQNA grew from years of leadership work - and what it makes possible.
Origins
MQNA grew out of years of working with leaders across civil society, non-profits and business - noticing the same gap in every context: between what leaders know and what they can access when the pressure is on. That gap became a question. The question became MQNA.
The framework
MQNA is a four-step micro-practice that helps leaders pause, think clearly and navigate tension with intention. It is the framework that Leadership Rewired is built on and the practice that underpins all our coaching work.

The book

Leadership Rewired codifies MQNA into eight leadership tensions that every senior leader navigates. It gives language to what you are already experiencing - and practical tools for each tension.
