Our Aim
We offer organisations the opportunity to use tried and tested approaches which can help them rethink how they operate and improve the way they utilise their human resources. The engine that drives any organisation is represented by the staff that work within it, those who provide the products or services to the customer. Therefore, there is no doubt that the development, progress and well-being of the staff will impact current and future organisational performance. Our educational framework has been developed in order to recreate the way organisations operate which in turn benefits its staff.
Our educational framework is for visionary organizations; those that want their people to truly develop along a lifelong continuum of learning, to think for themselves, and who want to tap into the sense of empowerment to affect change and the creativity that emerges when capacity is developed in a holistic way - on a human level! The framework advocates Imagination, Reflection, Comprehension, Retention and Action as the main elements of a true learning experience and the adoption of unique concepts and programs necessary for the positive long-term transformation of the individual, employee and leaders of an organization, group or community.

About Us
Capacity2Grow has been established in response to the ongoing decline of outdated systems and structures that exist in various organisational settings, globally. Firooz, Director of Capacity2Grow has brought his research experience, working in the field of ethical values, along with his experience of working in various leadership roles to co-create a set of relevant, forward thinking educational programmes that are set to transform the working environment for those forwarding thinking organisations, that wish to steer their ship - their Organisational Culture - to a place of Cohesiveness.
LearningBox International is a Canadian organization dedicated to human talent development providing best in class learning solutions and training with the aim to ignite individual discovery and organizational transformation towards a collaborative and thriving high-performance culture of groups, communities, and organizations around the world. As a co-creator and collaborator of relevant programmes, Rahmat Costas, Director of LearningBox International brings 25+ years experience in the Learning and Development arena along with strong expertise in Leadership, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
