AND TRANSFORM
"The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them."
Our Vision
Our holistic learning approach aims to ignite
curiosity and inspire the learner's mind, body
and heart towards the discovery of individual
well-being, this in turn affects behaviour, human transformation, and the potential to positively contribute to groups, teams communities and the betterment of society as a whole.
The Challenge
The modern day economic, environmental and health crises are revealing how interconnected humanity is. In addition, technological advances made over the last century have made us more connected globally, this has helped reveal the true state of human affairs, which is a world where inequality, discrimination and exploitation exist. It has become increasingly evident that the various existing structures, such as the political and economic ones are inadequate; new systems and approaches are required, if we are to meet the demands created by contemporary global challenges. Many organisations are operating within environments which are founded on the outdated structures.
These outdated structures have contributed to the under utilisation of human resources. This is the other issue that we are concerned with; this is something we are passionate to change not only to the benefit of organisations, in terms of profitability and sustainability, but also for the well-being of staff. Many staff work for organisations which operate in inhibiting, command and control style environments, they often feel disempowered and there is often a misalignment between their own values and that of the organisation. This is detrimental to long-term organisational progress, but also to the staff, resulting in job dissatisfaction and high staff turnover.
The Offering
Through our educational programmes we work with organisations to help recreate new structures and ways of doing things that enable an environment where individuals and organisations thrive. We work with organisations that are prepared to embark on a journey of culture change towards a more Cohesive Culture, the opportunity to reorient themselves and move forwards in a new direction. We appreciate that different organisations are at different stages of organisational development and have differing needs and long term goals.
Our framework enables us to offer an educational program that is informative, engaging, practical and inspiring and which has human transformation as its end goal and human capacity development at its heart. We see the human transformation process as a complex set of interactions between profound changes that must occur within the individual and their groups.
In addtion, or separate to the above, we can design an educational programme, and apply a range of learning approaches to any subject matter, not just Leadership and Values. So for example, if you require an educational programme that helps your staff become compliant in relation to certain legislative requirements, we will work with you to design this in the most effective way.
If you would like to discuss things further please feel free to contact us. Also please see what others have said about our training here.
Knowledge
Grow and develop the capacity of your staff in order to enhance team collaboration and performance
Skills
Gain leadership and other skills through our focused themed course
Capacity development is at the core of our transformation process.
As an individual’s knowledge, skill and experience, needed to achieve an objective, grow and evolve over time, this in turn enables the individual to change behaviour, acquire new perspectives, a new vision, and trigger a desire that inspires the mind, body and heart to experience a transformative process.
Experience
Work with unique experiential tools to network with your peers and learn from each other's experiences
Here are a variety of comments from UNICEF Skopje and the First Children's Embassy in the World - both organisations based in Macedonia - regarding the training they received:
"The how in your presentation was spot-on. The tone of your voice, the cases from real life added value. I noticed from your presentation that you took the effort to get to know us, our hierarchy which for me was an indicator of respect toward the audience.”
“Inspirational, well-paced, useful”
“Relevant, timeless..."
“Concise and to the point. Made me thinking on how to improve”
“You were very caring and respectful, and modelled the behaviours that we were discussing. Thank-you!”
“Working on communication within groups was very helpful and assisted me to understand different approaches and elements to become more effective”
"...returning to values is always useful, especially when it comes to a civil organization with a specific mission and vision. When that process is articulated and facilitated in a thoughtful and constructive way, as it was done, then the value of the workshop is even greater."
“Thank-you! It was great”
“I liked very much the activities you organized and the approach you had in getting the feedback from the group”
