Move From Reactive to Intentional Leadership
I help leaders and teams unlock their
capacity for intentional, values-driven action.
Too often, capable people find themselves caught in cycles of reaction—responding to the loudest voice, the latest crisis, or the most pressing deadline. Through coaching and facilitated workshops, I create space for leaders to step back, gain clarity on what truly matters, and make decisions that align with their deepest values and highest intentions.

The Challenge You're Facing
Modern leadership feels overwhelming. Global challenges, technological disruption, and outdated organizational structures create environments where even skilled leaders feel stuck—reacting instead of responding, scattered instead of strategic. Many leaders work in misaligned environments where their values clash with organizational demands. This creates job dissatisfaction, burnout, and high turnover. But it doesn't have to be this way.

My Approach
My work centers on practical frameworks that help you move from reactive to reflective, from scattered to strategic. This includes MQNA, which I developed to guide values-driven decision-making. I also share insights through AIAndYou, exploring how to use AI as a thinking partner rather than a replacement—because the goal is always to enhance human wisdom, not diminish it.

Here are a variety of comments from UNICEF Skopje and the First Children's Embassy in the World - both organisations based in Macedonia - regarding the training they received:
"The how in your presentation was spot-on. The tone of your voice, the cases from real life added value. I noticed from your presentation that you took the effort to get to know us, our hierarchy which for me was an indicator of respect toward the audience.”
“Inspirational, well-paced, useful”
“Relevant, timeless..."
“Concise and to the point. Made me thinking on how to improve”
“You were very caring and respectful, and modelled the behaviours that we were discussing. Thank-you!”
“Working on communication within groups was very helpful and assisted me to understand different approaches and elements to become more effective”
"...returning to values is always useful, especially when it comes to a civil organization with a specific mission and vision. When that process is articulated and facilitated in a thoughtful and constructive way, as it was done, then the value of the workshop is even greater."
“Thank-you! It was great”
“I liked very much the activities you organized and the approach you had in getting the feedback from the group”
